Ecuador: Does tipping at a restaraunt mean you want sex?:

In some countries its a supreme insult to leave a tip. It should not be surprising to hear when money is left on the table in a country that tipping is not part of their culture, the waitress might think she is suppose to do something to earn this money. In Kenya it is frowned on greatly to leave a tip. The people are very poor and someone who has a paying job to wait on you is lucky to have a job. Therefore leaving money for them is nothing more than giving money away to a stranger.

We have a two party dictatorship. We are headed for a collapse thats for sure. Warren Buffet is the biggest phony out there. Are you aware he has spent millions of dollars lobbying Congress to pay less taxes for his company, all the while saying "we need to pay more taxes". His company owes back taxes that has been in litigation with the IRS too. Buffet also made a killing during the financial collapse. Sweetheart deals with politicians/Wall Street. Buying preferred stock with the condition that the politicians would bail the company out with our tax dollars, A can't lose proposition. Also known as crony capitalism.
