Algeria: Good Restaurants in Algeria:

Hi, Maharaja near Shereton you may try once if you like Indian cousine. It's Indian restaurent, but I have seen many Algerians enjoying the Indian food.Lot of veg and non veg variety is available. They add less spices as per the costumer's tase, further more you may ask them to reduce if you like less spicy.

Algeria: safety in Algeria, Oran:

Hi, I guess you are an Indian. I am in Oran since last three months.Oran is vey calm and comfertable. No worries as we make picuter of Algeria by Comparing it to Nigeria as both sound similar. Second largest city in Algeria with beautiful lanscapes and gentle people who love Bollywood... You will find it with mixed culture 70% Europian and 30% Arabian (my thinking).Political situation is quite calm till now..And not heard of any terrorist activities any recent times. But you have to be careful while in public places, crowded areas of the pickpocketers and some unsocial elements..which are everyhwre in the world. As expats are easily identified by their apperence, little more caution is required.
