Cambodia: buying 1-3 acres land and living in cambodia:

I was in Cambodia 2 times last year to open a business that did not pan out but I know for sure you can not own land and you have to buy apartments on the second floor. If you want to move there forever and own land you have to marry a cambodian

Luxembourg: High school for my daughter:

I may be relocating to Luxembourg and was mainly interested in a school for my daughter she would be entering the ninth grade from the USA. Any one have any ideas about the school system for expats? I would not be relocating till about June 2012 so she knows ahe has to take either French or German Any help would be greatly appreciated
