Israel: expat living areas in Tel Aviv:

Myself and my husband are moving to Tel Aviv in January 2012. We were wondering if anyone could give us any tips on the best places for expats to live. We are not sure if there are expat 'clusters'. We are over here at the moment and staying on the Coast in the hotel district about 30 - 40 mins walk North of old Jaffa and Timeout seems to suggest here might be the place to be yet I'm unsure if this is the case and also of costs involved (we are looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath plus outside space - to rent). Israel: Moving To Israel:

I'm also moving to Tel Aviv in January 2012 (and am a woman). I'm currently here for a week looking around etc. My limited experience so far is that being a woman is absolutely fine.
