HELLO Walter hope all is well and big welcome to NICARAGUA and a happy New Years . To answer your question I would recommend the pacific coast area of Popoyo Beach it's BEUTIFUL and still affordable. This is the most beautiful beach front community in the area, trust me in the next couple years you will not be able to afford what you buy today. Points of interest: New airport/ Quacalito Resort and golfing /Rancho Santana Resort/ Rancho Iguana , also Golfing . And not to mention some of the best Surfing in the world and Fishing. Need I say more . Walter feel free to ask anymore questions is you want to . If you want send me a derect message @ machadoman@msn.com good day my amigo.

Nicaragua: I NEED TO SHIP SOME HEAVY EQUIPMENT TO NICA FROM CALIFORNIA:

Hello Happy 4th of July to all FELLOW EXPATS in NICALANDIA. I have been a California General Contractor for 30 + years corrently living and building in Nica and I am having my construction equipment such as Dump truck/low boy trailer /tractor and some other smaller items that can go inside the Dump truck. In 2012 I drove my other Dump truck and tractor and trailer from California to Nica and it was fine I had no major problems . It was a long haul and a very boring drive for me. But it was cost effective for me. My original plan was to drive this equipment by my self, but with the present problems in Mex and El Salvador my feelings tell me to ship the equipment by sea via long beach / Nica. I know I can save money driving the equip my self , or is ther anyone that knows of a company that can load the equipment on a truck and safely get them to me in Nica ? Do you guys have any SHIPING connection ? THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
