Hello Expats, My Husband and I have been researching countries in Central America to retire. Nicaraqua is at the top of our list and are planning a trip in 2 to 3 months. This is great information thank-you for posting. My husband and I are planning a trip to Granada in 2 or 3 months and I was considering having some dental work done, as it will cost quite a bit here in the US even though I have dental insurance. After reading this post I will definately seek out a dentist while I am there. Thanks again, Evelyn and Garry Mason
