I am a very happy ex-pat living in Manzanillo, Mexico. I can't think of a place I would rather live and work. We have an active Coldwell Banker real estate agency and do a lot of living in the warm and friendly climate. My husband and I play golf, bridge, entertain our friends , swim almost every day, go to the gym, and enjoy our lives.

Let me put in my vote for Manzanillo as a GREAT place to live. Our ocean is warm, our people are wonderful, we have a big enough city (180,000) to have everything we need. Our unemployment is 0 and we have always been a safe place. Our ex pats are a good group too. Come down and check us out.

Mexico: Living in or near Colima Mexico:

Hi. did you move? Did you receive an answer? Colima is a wonderful colonial city with a volcano, very safe, only an hour from the beach at Manzanillo. Yes, it would be a great choice, if you don't want the beach.
