Hong Kong: TESOL English Teacher moving to HK by June 2003:

Age 62 - Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and certified TESOL English teacher training focused on grammar, teaching adults, TOEFL testing preparation, Business English, and Tutoring. Would appreciate hearing from local expats regarding quiet areas to reside on islands away from city & polution, but offering ability to commute to city central with reasonable ease. Also, are there areas to live around HK with reasonable rental costs that would offer reasonable commute into city central. My wife is interested in having access to the beach. Will appreciate all feedback.
