Martinique: Jobs and apartments in Martinique:

Hello everyone! I am an American with Swedish citizenship (EU passport). I currently live in Florida and I am looking at moving to either Martinique or St. Martin. How are living situations down there? Are apartments easy to come by? How about people looking for roommates? Can anyone recommend a good website down there that is like craigslist? Or local newspapers where I could look for roommates or apartments. Thank you so much for your help. Jason
