Israel: Moving to Israel - help needed:

I am a 28 year old male who has recently decided to move to Israel from Australia. Ill be moving to Tel aviv around June or July of this year and wanted to know a little bit more regarding cost of living. I have been to Tel aviv before but only for a holiday which is obviously a little different. How much does it cost to rent a room in a flat share of a 2 or 3 bdr appartment. What is teh current average income in Tel aviv? What are some good English websites that allow you to search for work. is it going to be hard finding decent paying English speaking jobs? My background is in Call centres where ive worked as a Sales person at first but have also been a Sales/ Call centre Manager for the last 5 years and ideally will be looking for the same again. I do not speak any Hebrew but planning on spending the first 6 months learning to do so. I do however speak English and Russian. Any help would be much appreciated.
