I am from Canada (mid west) and I found food prices in Coronado equal to or more expensive than my home town, which would meam slightly more expensive for an American.
Guatemala: Interpreting help:
My husband and I will be needing to go to Migracion to have our passports stamped in early December. Because our Spanish is minimal we are looking for someone who can interpret for us. We are willing to pay a reasonable fee. Any help would be appreciated.
Guatemala: Migracion procedure?:
Some time in early December, my husband and I will be picking up our DPI cards. We will then have to go to Migracion to have our passports stamped. Can anyone tell me how long Migracion will hold on to our passports? Same day, a week? Has anyone had recent experience with this?
Panama: Pensionado Visa Attorney Recommendation:
We just got our pensionado visa last week, cost us $1250. for married couple. Lawyer's name is Katyal Ferguson. She speaks English well and is very helpful. We paid half the fee, the remaining half to be paid when we get our permanent card which will take about 3 - 4 months.
Guatemala: Guatemala Pensionado program - is it real? Rules?:
I sent you a PM but thought I should post this question as well. Hope you don't mind. My question regarding the pensioner visa application is: At what point in the application process does one need the rental agreement showing rent paid, and for how long does the rental agreement need to be? Any advice would be much appreciated.
