India: UK Resident wishing to work in India:

Hiya, I have been trying to get into India for the last 3 years. I have over 14 years of Senior Management experience and am unable to get my foot in the door. I have applied for alot of jobs, but get nowehere. Someone has said, if you have the right contacts in the Business/Field you are in, then this helps, but even with the contacts i have, still no joy. My current company has offered me a job there, but the pay is way to low for me to live on, so it seems like I will keep on trying. The other option is, to sell up fully in the UK and move to India, then try your luck when you get there. Good luck in your adventure..........
