Nicaragua: real estate market:

Whats up with the real estate maket in Nicaragua ?It appears that while Real estate is going down here in the U.S.It appears to be rising in NIC. Are the realitors over inflating the market ? Hoping the last big spenders are on there way ?Ive seen the same properties over the last two years jump up in price bt 10-20 thousand dollars leaps.While my home here in the states is worth less and less. Is it just me or is becoming more of a buyer beware situation? COMMENTS ?

Belize: atv use:

with the price of gas, does belize allow you to lic an atv for on the road travel ?

Belize: portable saw mill:

Iam looking at retiring in belize. Havent been there yet. I have 4 more yrs till i actually retire. My question is I own a portable saw mill . It will cut 20 foot lengths by 26 ' diameter logs into usuable lumber. Would there be a market for custom cut lumber ? Not looking for full time work just something to help with retirement income.
