Israel: Moving To Israel:

Hello, Im currently in process of getting ready to go and live in Israel. I have jewish roots but without prove (my family hide it before holocaust) so basically im considered non jewish. Is there a way how to stay longer than three months on basic visa and also work legally?(Im from europian union) I have boyfriend there and i would like to stay as long as i can as fast as I can.(We had been together almost a year) As a woman have you experienced any trouble finding work? And basically without hebrew is there a possibility to find work at all?
