Portugal: Looking for new Country to call home:

Hello, I'm an ambitious American male in my mid 30's who has been wishing to find a new life in another country where there is very little crime, a stable economy and a Country I may find a job in before I'm fluent in the language. I was raised (as an American) in France and Germany in the 70's and have many fond memories. I would consider starting a small family (one child) in Western or Northern Europe before I would in the U.S. I would appreciate any replies from any one. tonypike2000@hotmail.com
