Hi there the additional charge covers your utility bills electicity gas and taxes though it does not cover your phone, internet and satelite as you sign up with these direct. The charge could also include parking but you can always ask.

Luxembourg: 1 bedroom apartment needed:

I am looking for a one bedroom apartment with a maximum budget of 1000 euros. I would appreciate any leads. I have already looked on athome.lu but would prefer not to go through an agency fees way too expensive. Ideally not too far from central luxembourg but am happy for a 30min train ride.
