Bangladesh: Dhaka Salary Questions:

Hello all, I have been living in Dhaka Bangladesh for some year doing volunteer jobs. Now I have been offered a job in Dhaka related to garments sector. The question came what I wanted to earn. For this I need your advice as to what I need to think of. Housing, cost of living are obvious. but what about retirement, (health)insurance, memberships,... Are there other things i have to take into account. Can you give me an average salary indication for a non management QC/QA position. Thanks
