Sweden: Work and Crime in smogen and sweden generally:

can i ask a few questions about work in smogen and in sweden generally first,is there tattoo artists in the Smogen that making temp tattoos to tourists? are they related to the mafia? is there a alot of crime? Like,if i want to come and work for my own at Smogen, should i worry that someone will want to take protection from me or maybe i will get into someone elses territory? the criminals there are local? Is there more places like smogen with coast line that fit for making temp tattoo? thank you for your time!:)
