Vietnam: A new, nice Flat for share $120/month, in Ho Chi Minh city, 10mins to the center of District 1, for English speaker, male expat only :):

Hi, it's Vanessa :) We have a big room in District 10, on the 4th floor, Independent entrance, we live separately with the owner. The room is always kept clean. Very near city center (10 mins to district 1,3,5,11) We share everything in the room including: 1 air conditioner, 1 washing machine, 1 bed, 2 cushions, 1 big bathroom, 1 big fridge (225 litres), balcony, 1 small TV, 1 fan, desk, chair, big wooden closet, small table... We'd like to share it with a male expat (male only), who is working in Ho Chi Minh city, honest and clean, someone can stay more than 3 months. (Canadian/Australian/Kiwi/European is very welcomed.) We have 2 very friendly people, 1 girl and 1 man, who are very clean and decent :) 1 computer technician and 1 English teacher The room is fully furnished, so you dont need to buy anything. Free parking, wifi, TV cable. We signed the contract with the owner with the price of $200/month, excluding utilities.
