Hello. I would like to relocate to bangkok before the end of the year. I will be 50 in a few months, i have been working freelance most of my life so i won't have any pensions or income coming from abroad and i read that you need 68.000THB of revenue to get a VISA to stay in country......... I would like to invest buying 3 condos for renting, i see that as a way to get a revenue, it won't be 68.000 but i think it'll be around 55.000 it'll be enought for a VISA? and first isit possible to buy and rent? Hi,i'm french living in london on my way to relocate in bangkok or somewhere else in Thailand. It could be nice if you could explain to me what visa do i need,people told me i could stay 3 months cross the border for a few days and come back, i don't about that..... I would like to find a partner to open a small bar (not a bar girl) with good music, to attrack tourist because last i was in bangkok i didn't see nothing like that.
