Paraguay: Multiple Entry Visa:

With a Multiple Entry Visa is there a maximum number of days you are allowed stay in Paraguay per year? I know that the multiple entry visa is good for 90 days stays per visit and is valid for the length of the expiration of your passport. But I want to make sure that there is not a maximum amount of days allowed in the country total per year. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I believe it is required to have all documents translated from English to Spanish for immigration Visa purposes?? Does anyone have any recommendation of someone who can translate documents either in Quito or Guayaquil?? If so, how much per document? Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
