Bulgaria: Registering a company to owe land.:

How easy/difficult is this? Once you owe the land can you then close the company down? What is the main purpose of doing it this way to foreign buyers?

Where a Lancashire family looking in Burgas area, any one live here? My husband is concerned over crime rates how do ex-pats find the crime levels. General information appreciated. Any one enjoy shooting and hunting? The kids are 11, 9 and 3. I work in a social care role at home would be looking for some thing which allows me to use my skills with famillies in a paid or voluntary sector.
