United Kingdom: Legal options to have my son stay in the UK:

My family and I moved to the UK in February 2012. My wife and I on a Tier 2 (ICT) visa and my son on a Tier 4 study visa (doing 1 year english course). I am permantly employed, my wife is seeking employment. (she is allowed because of the visa we have). Our VISA's are valid for 3 years with a possible extention of a further 2 years). My son is an adult, 23 years old, and would want to start growing his career in the UK, he studied Marketing in South Africa. His current VISA will expire in June 2013, he really wants to stay, what are his options besides another student visa. thanks
