Saudi Arabia: Yoga classes in Riyadh:
My friend is a yoga teacher and will be starting yoga classes from December 1st in Riyadh. Please seebelow for details.
I'm a female certified yoga instructor from Thailand. I have been trained and taught yoga classes in Thailand, South Korea and Saudi Arabia. Now I'm reopening my classes again from December 1st. My classes will put emphasis on improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus. Not only working your body, but also your mind. Your body will be toned and strong. You will have more energy to enjoy the day than before. Yoga is not a religion, it's simply a way to combine mental and physical workouts. I have knowledge of Kryoga, Ashtaga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Hata yoga, Kundalini yoga, Bikram yoga, Healing yoga, Power yoga and Yoga therapy.

Saudi Arabia: Things to do with toddlers in Riyadh:
I just moved here and am wondering if any of the amusement parks or play areas in the shopping malls have areas that are suitable for toddlers? Also are there any swimming pools that I could take my son to? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
Saudi Arabia: Wanting to meet other expat mums:
Hi
I just moved to Riyadh and have a 21 month old son. I'd love to meet up with other expat mums, especially those with small kids. I'm Australian and am married to a Brit. Hope to hear from someone soon!
