Laos: Restaurant equipment, furniture and wares for sale:

A popular takeaway restaurant in Vientiane, Laos has closed and the owners are now selling off all the physical assets for a total of USD15,000. This will suit those who are interested in setting up a small restaurant in Vientiane or other parts of Laos. The purchase includes everything you need to start working immediately (apart from the building). All marketing materials including social media accounts are also for sale for those who are interested in the brand. Please see http://bit.ly/1zgsOIh for more details.

Italy: Freelance / Self-employed Visa:

Hi, I'll be travelling to Italy next month visa-free as I am Australian. I'd actually like to work and live in Italy. Is it possible to apply for a visa outside of Italy or do I first need to apply for the permesso di soggiorno in Italy and then return to my country of residence to apply for the visto per lavoro autonomo/indipendent? I really don't want to have to go back to Australia since I'm already travelling to Italy. Any info would be great, thanks!

Laos: CHEF for LAOS:

Ricdel, I have lots of friends in the hospitality industry who also manage or own their own restaurants in Vientiane. The best thing to do would be to show up and hand out your CV. It's cheap to live here so you can go without spending too much while you're looking. Introduce yourself by email but most will ask to see you in person for an interview. Here are some websites to get you started: www.ansarahotel.com www.inthara.com www.worklivelaos.com Good luck!
