Fiji: Any suggestions please!!:

Hiya...I am a Kiwi who suffer's from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have just returned from 2wks in Fiji and like when I visited Rarotonga, after only a couple of hours after arriving all my symptoms disappeared! and remained pain free. My condition is normally chronic, a day to day struggle. As you can imagine I need to find out how to move there permanantly. I have fallen in love with Fiji and the Fijian's. Pease has anyone got any ideas how I can make the move and survive...thanks
