Paraguay: Residency application:

No you cannot.

Paraguay: Updated Residency process:

1) NO ONE has ever received citizenship here as a foreigner at least in the last 5-10 years that I know of. NO ONE. No one has ever proven me wrong in this either. 2) The central bank, your lawyer will bring you to the bank to make the deposit and do the paperwork unless you speak spanish and want to attempt to do everything yourself which I would never ever recommend. 3) NOPE, no way that fast, ever. 5 Months minimum. I was waiting in the country for that whole time as well until I had mine, and mine was given sooner then I was supposed to get it. 4) You don't do everything needed the first month you are there, you only can do some, I had to go to offices for like 2 months, then waiting 2 months then had to go to various offices again, then wait another month or 2, then could pick it up. You can't just show up, write a power of attorney go into a couple offices and then leave the country and come back to pick up your cedula, it is not possible, you have to stay here for months. It is possible that maybe after 1-2 months you could leave for a few months then return to FINISH the rest of the visits which would take another month or more but it would be better spent travelling the country looking for a place to live long term since you will not want to be living long term in Asuncion, it is a dump.

Paraguay: Cost of living:

Yes you can live on 1500 usd. If you want to live in a high end condo you can't though. If you like country living you can find a decent acceptable house in the countryside for $500/m. Food should not be more than $500/m for one guy either. Rest you have for your 4x4 and gas and hobbies.

Paraguay: Opening bank account.:

You can open a financeria account but not a bank account, and no there is no such thing as online bank account opening for paraguayan banks, you have to do it in person after you get your cedula, and even after you do that you won't like most any bank here and will want to travel from one to the next to the next to the next until you find any if any at all that you even want to do business with. If it is at all possible I can basically guarantee you will not want to bank here at all and will want to keep your money in some other country after you get here.

Spain: Does Spain fingerprint tourists?:

I refuse to support countries who pander to Satanic babylon usa and her antichrist globalist database and global power lust. Making a list of countries I will visit and not visit based on who bows to Satanic babylon usa and her fingerprinting of tourists.

Colombia: Does colombia fingerprint tourist?:

Does Colombia fingerprint tourists at the airport or border crossings like the usa does?

Colombia: My Blog as an Expat in Colombia:

Hello can you do me a favor, take a photo of a map of all of Colombia and use a highlighter and mark over all the areas of colombia that I should stay away as a tourist non spanish speaker. You can then take a photo of it and upload to tinypic . com no one seems to have the guts to tell me publicly which areas are to be avoided

Paraguay: How to get access to the expats Facebook page?:

You can't the owner is a politically correct panderer who blocks anyone who has non politically correct opinions and blocks your name from even seeing the site if you ask to join and he reads your facebook page and sees anything he doesn't like. I know he did this to me.
