Zimbabwe: moving back to Zimbabwe?:

I am a mother of 2 boys 9 and 14 and we are wondering what its like to bring children up in Zimbabwe? The medicals? the schools?the life still?We have been in France for 7 years and now 4 years in Dubai. Bulawayo could be our next destination? anyone who lives there as expat or not ,could give more info about the country,would be really great.Thank you.
