Sweden: Feeling stuck in Stockholm:

Hey! I need some advice. I feel stuck and don't know what to do. Me and my swedish boyfriend have been together for just over 9 months and we love eachother. We have future plans to get engaged. I'm now 6 weeks pregnant. Now the problem is, I don't want to stay in Sweden. I want to move to an english speaking country since I'm from Australasia. My partner doesn't really want to move overseas which makes me really worried because when I'm still stuck here with a baby I'm literally stuck because I won't be able to move unless my partner comes with me. What do you guys think? Thank you. Any advice appreciated. PS I can't stand the thought of living here forever unwillingly!!
