I speak the language so I have an advantage in that respect. Even If I go online, I can negotiate with these people. If you want me to help you, I need to know what your budget is; also, what are your must-haves? For instance, one of my must-haves is my own bathroom. You can get a cheaper room if you're willing to share a toilet, but I won't do that.

We don't say "in an Italian", we say "in Italian" and it's the "Istituto Italiano di Cultura", the term "istituto" is masculine, the modifier "italiano" should also be masculine.

It's not completely free, there are some fees you have to pay but that's about it; it's not the tuition nightmare that you have in the US.

A suggestion: when you write, break up what you write in short paragraphs and double space between each paragraph. It will make the reading experience much more pleasant.
