Hello,Iam Luie from Seattle.I would be interested to meet some local expats.We have a property on top of a hil in Mainang,above Dabdab resettlement.Last winter we spend 5 monts there.We will be back in P.I. after 10th of February.Luie.
Philippines: Crime in Angeles city.:
We been living in this area for past 6 months.We are dependent on tricycles and jeepnys for transportation.We been target of criminals 3 times.The jeepneys from Checkpoint(Astro park)to Angeles are infested with robbers and pickpockets.They work in groups of 3.They hold brown envelopes with ice picks.They usualy do the crime by Abacan bridge (right past Robinsons).The police do nothing.Also,Dau area(marina,Jenra,bus station is unsafe.

Philippine national bank have a branch in Los Angeles.You can call them and they will sende you their paperwork to open account.They charge you $60.00 to open account.They have to sende the paperwork to Philippines for aproval.Of course,if you open their account in the Philippines,there its free.Luie.

We have property in Tarlac province,last year we build a small house on it.Next year we plan to retire there.My wife is a dual citizen.We would like to know,how we can will our property to our daughter after our death.Our daughter is a US.citizen.Do we make our will in US or in Philippines.

My age is 64.Presently we live in Seattle,USA.We have a property and house in Tarlac,Philippines,where we plan to retire next year.We would like to have advise from expats,whot to do about health insurance,while living in the Philippines.My wife is dual Philippine citizen.
