Ivory Coast: moving to the ivory coast jan 2013, could need a little help :):

Hello my partner and I are a newly married couple that have the intention of moving to the Ivory Coast early next year, seeing that my partner has been posted there. We are moving from Tunisia and are both British citizens, so basicaly I would just appreciate some info as to how to get things started over there, would be very grateful for some advice. I am fluent in french but not my partner, will that be a handicap? thank you in advance for your responses.
