New Zealand: Wanting to move to N.Z:

Hi, My family (Me , husband and 2 kids) have been trying to get to New Zealand for a year now. My Husband is a secondary school teacher in History (5 yrs)and has a GTP qualification which N. Z doesn't recognise! so he is having to gain evidence of his hard work to The New Zealand Teaching Council, he also at present is doing an MA in Education to prove his worth! he is an amazing teacher and I so wish N.Z could see this. We are not sure even if we go through all this The New Zealand Teachers Council will recognise him, it is all so frustrating. Has anyone got any advice, experience on the matter? We will keep plugging away!! Thanks T
