Haiti: speech-language therapist moving to Haiti:

Hi, I am writing to get advice in moving to Haiti, finding work in my field, or starting a business to support myself and my kids, 1 & 9. I have been going to Haiti since 2011 as a missionary, but have fell in love so much I'm will to stop working for myself here and start over in Haiti. I have my own private practice providing speech therapy in the US. I have asked locals and search on the internet but I have seen nothing as far as paying jobs for speech therapy. It is def. needed of course, but low on the todem pole compared to people who see doctors or even volunteer physical therapists from what I've read online. Does anyone know of any organizations, clinics, or orphanages that would pay for this service? I'm thinking that if I can't find a paying job at facility, to just start my own practice some how. Any advice on that? I usually bill insurance here, so I know that wont be the case in Haiti. If I do, what are the best cities to start a speech clinic in? I am also thinking about starting other businesses until something works out. I'm thinking about english as a second language, or a specialty used clothing store.. Are these businesses already saturated in the bigger cities of Haiti?
