Macau: Dealers are mostly local people in Macau (unless middle to top management):

The fact is the "dealer career" is still protected by the government, so most of the job is prioritized to locals(mostly with low education). Besides the casino business in Macau is serving mostly the mainland Chinese with Mandarin speaking, while local dialect is Cantonese. Unless you are transferred or recruited abroad before arriving to Macau, being a foreigner to get a casino job only after arrival is still very tricky.
