I want to relocate in Central America or the Caribbean and am hoping to find an art community or art center near or on the coast. I am a fine arts painter and need to live close to the ocean. I know little about Panama except the canal. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Ricardo

Mexico: Coastal Art Centers/artists Communities:

I am looking to relocate south of the US border in either Mexico, Honduras or perhaps somewhere in the Caribbean. I am a fine arts painter and need to live on or very near the ocean. I would prefer east coast but would consider anywhere if all conditions are right. I have heard that Isla de Mujeres near Cancun is such a place but I am unable to access any addition information.
