Korea: Your experience - good housing agent in Busan/Korea:

Hi, My wife and I own a 3-BR apartment in Busan (Gwangalli beach). The apartment is currently under construction and should be ready in March 2013. We live in Hong Kong and would like to rent out the apartment to expats. Hence we would like to learn from your experience which agencies have been helpful to you, either in Busan or in Korea as well as why they were good agencies. Also, what would be a good rent for a (partly) furnished 3BR apartment (80 sq.m.) in Gwangalli on top of an MTR station? Thank you for your help.
