Kuwait: 2 months old baby:

Hi, I am about to come to Kuwait in January 2013. I am planning to come with my wife and 2 monts old kid. I have plenty of questions in my mind out of which i have put few of them as below. 1. What is the average cost of living in Kuwait (with family: myself, my wife and 2 months old kid) 2. How secure is the place for expats with family 3. Any restrictions on woman? 4. Any tax deductions on salary? 5. How about vaccinations and medication for the kid? Thanks.
