Wal Mart and the other big box stores After a while the prices go up, slow but sure. As the local competition dies. The selections get less and less. As the quantity needed to purchase goes up. Need one washer sure at the old hardware store 75cents. Wal Mart sure a pack of 10 assorted for $3.95. You still only needed one.A small roast for you and the Hubby No a 4 lb plus is all they have. Ladies hate he place in many ways. Many times a little more in price is cheaper in the end. Wal Mart is about VOLUME Not your needs.

Power not much different than New Smyrna Bch Fl. Util Comm does it. Goes out 4x a week at least. Have for years. Can one live ok on 2000-2500 a mo. including going out for a Few 3-5 x a week nothing fancy. Is their a few places that have a lot of expats in one area.
