Dominica: Moving to Dominica:

My advice to you is not to move there, and if you already have, get out quick. I've done a little survey, and found that foreigners living there more than ten years usually stay, those of five years and less are very dissatisfied and want to leave. The reasons? Corrupt government, corrupt court system, corrupt police. Almost everyone seems to be hooked on marijuana or coke, the roads and facilities are terrible. Doing business is a nightmare: the people are born misers. If you get sick, God help you. This is not the Dominica of the 70s and 80s; this is a modern ghetto state with a lot of crime that is concealed from the world. I know, I lived there for years,
