Namibia: extending visa:

I am posting this for my daughter who moved to namibia and will be getting married in July. The problem is her visa will be up in February. Any advice on how to proceed?

Panama: back from relocation tour:

Thank you to everyone who has replied to my many concerns about possibly moving to panama once my divorce is settled. On the tour we took we mostly spent time in Boquete which I loved. However, it is just too far for me to make a change like I am making as I would not see my friends or family very often and could not make many trips back to the US. Unfortunately we just drove through Coronado and El Valle. El Valle being my other option. However, I do not think I could afford to live there nor do I ever see rentals available. Can anyone tell me what a modest house might all included with expenses? My budget is under $3000 a month all inclusive (food, etc) and how you go about even finding these places? Or is Ell Valle not for me? Also - are there yoga classes? Feeling a little disappointed as I may need to revisit Costa Rica which is a place I have always thought of as a dream to live.

Panama: biking:

I have noticed in many of the videos i have watched that biking does not seem to be something that people do often in Panama. I love my bike and am hoping to bring it with me if i decide to relocate. Do people bike in Boquete?

Panama: info on the different neighborhoods of bouquet:

Hi - was wondering if it is easy to explain the differences in neighborhoods in Boquete... I will be there soon but won't have time to explore thoroughly so was hoping someone could break it down for me

Panama: boquete vs el valle:

Although I am taking a relocation tour in February and will probably get all these questions answered then, I was hoping those of you who relocated and had already made your decisions had experienced both places and I was wondering the differences between the two as far as activities, rental prices, weather and safety for a single woman

Panama: single woman moving to panama:

Has any single women moved to Panama that can share their experience of how easy/difficult it was? I am thinking of relocating after separating from my husband. I am in my 50's - my question is not about men. Its about the actual move and anyone's experiences.
