Nicaragua: Work in Rivas?:

I am a student in my mid twenties and am currently interested in moving to Rivas Nicaragua. I will finish my degree this summer and will be a certified rad technologist. I have spent years traveling abroad in South America and also Mexico. I am very familiar with impoverished countries, and what comes with them. My cousin relocated last year to Tola, Rivas from California. I would be interested if anyone had any information on the hospital Gaspar Garcia in Rivas
