I do find it odd that anyone would point to a particular route for a particular price they paid in the past.. All you can do is punch in a search: "cheapest price London (or wherever) to Manila, and take it from there. Try and book at least 3 months in advance. Book also Tuesday (sometimes Monday) to Thursday for the (usually) cheapest options. Unless you are flying business, all the airlines are crap in steerage with restricted legroom peculiar to flights to Asia.There is also a very easy (and free) solution if you want to buy a one way ticket and not a 'throwaway' but I'm not going to publicize it. Hunter's are sold in Wilcon. We have many Hunter's and found them to be better than anything else we've tried. Hunters have their HQ in or near QC you can buy them at wholesale prices and maybe have them shipped

My 2 kids (6 & 10) half UK, half Filipino go to a local 'private' school. We pay around P80k per year for weach plus uniforms, books, other etc etc. I'm looking to return to the UK within a year and I can see them just about passing an entry level exam for a private school in the UK. So on balance I would say they are about 90% of an equivelant UK school which is acceptable. This is based on the progress of the school they are at here. Can't attest to other schools.
