Brazil: ATM CARDS ARE FROZEN IN BRAZIL.:

American and Canadian ATM CARDS ARE FROZEN IN BRAZIL. YOU cannot get cash from any ATM. I emailed Tecban, the umbrella company to which most or all banks here in Brazil are affiliated with and which looks after the Banco24Horas ATMs. I learned that withdrawal transactions using foreign-issued cards have been suspended. The lady who answered me couldn’t tell me if this is permanent or temporary. Anyone have suggestions, cannot see moving to Brazil if I can now access my retirement funds.
