Israel: Israeli in the US:

My husband is Israeli and is looking for a job in VA, DC or MD. We were send over for my job by the dutch company I work for. After 5 months he still didn't find work although he did 4 years of Maritime Economy in Israel and a MSc at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands: Maritime Economy and Logistics. Anyone knows about a research or consultancy position, or even a Sales position in another field? Any tips or ideas are welcome.
