I need information pertaining to the process,rules regulations of starting a small business in Equador or Bleilize - Cuenca being my first choice - I can not realistically think or plan a trip down unitl I find concussive facts and see its realistically possible..I turn 60 in June and can retire from my Florida State Correctional job now with a small monthly pension.
