The Finnish post is very slow, it looks like they only work Monday - Thursday )hardly any post on Fridays and definitely no post on Saturdays).
I moved to Finland 2010 July and still cannot settle down.
Hope you have better luck and more stamina. :))

Finland: I Wish I had Known... Before Moving to Finland:
I moved to Finland and have not been able to adjust to this country's bureaucratic system. Had lots of problems with KELA (the National Insurance system), I have still UK NI.
Likely my work is still in London, which I carry out via remote access.
I hear from fellow foreigners that It is quite difficult find work in Finland, if one doesn't speak fluent Finnish.
The country is beautiful, but very cold during the winter.
I found that Finns are not very friendly and not open like people in London. No small talk with Finns. :(
Only good and very efficient are the TAX people, they have been extremely helpful and fix any problem on the spot.
I got lots of help from the Finn Guild in London, and some advice from the Finnish Embassy in London.
