China: 6 days from flying to Shenzhen!!!!:

Oh my! trying to prepare for the move and teaching English in China. Feeling good about this and hoping to have a great experience.

China: Medications:

Also, sorry I have lots of questions...I am new. I have meds for several minor things, and I got the amount of meds I needed for 8 months. My carry on is going to rattle like a pharmacy. I am bringing documentation of my prescriptions and thought maybe a letter from my dr.s as well. Is that necessary. Will having that much of my meds delay me at airport in any way?

China: Immunizations for China:

I have taken the boosters and shots that Center for Disease Control told me was necessary. Also had a flu shot. Do I need any thing else?

China: cell phones:

I am trying to decide whether to go ahead an get a minute phone from mobil before I leave the US or wait till I get to Shenzhen and buy one. I will put my cell phone on sleeper because of the expense. Suggestions?
