Maybe is not to hard for him to call the hospital itself. Tell them that "patients" need to pay a bill but he's not sure if its the correct hospital... Give her name and ask if she's THERE NOW and how much is the bill? If she's not there, he can ask if she was THERE RECENTLY,is there a pending bill? Little investigating/research and then he'll know. Yes, they have people that speak English.

Airlines DO ASK YOU if you have an on going ticket. Don't risk it. I was asked from both, the US and from Europe. Simply buy a one way (throw away ticket to Hong Kong cost me $59 last time) or whatever is the cheapest; leaving,any part of the Philippines within a month. I arrived at Cebu but bought Manila to Hong Kong one way.

The simple answer is interest rates. Since there is a high probability the US will raise interest rates by December, the buck will be rising for a while. Since the swissie is scheduled to drop interest rates, it will be dropping more. The Euro is also in decline. The strongest/safest currency is the Norwegian kroner since there is no debt to GDP, in fact they are plus 25%!. Like US dept is 106% to GDP. But its raising rates while most everyone else is lowering them. When the buck raises the Euro drops usually by the same amount. But when the buck rises the third world Asian currencies take the hardest hit. A country's expected GDP will also matter. How well economically they are doing. But interest rates or fear/anticipation of a raise or drop Is what really defines it.

This whole incident was provoqued by Obama who said, that he was coming to the Phils to QUESTION Duterte about extra judicial garbage. To which Duterte answered: And who is Obama? Philippines: Palawan and Puerto Princessa rental Housing:

There is only ONE mall in Puerto. On the main rd. About 15-20 min from the airport. I was so close I walked to the mall and I heard absolutely no airplane noise. In that same area, even at the mall the internet is good. There are no good beaches in Puerto. Cero! At El Nido absolutely! Important: Puerto is 5 hrs from El nido. The internet by the beach is not so good. I was in Puerto and El nido for over a month and a half.
