Panama: Spanish:

Senor Jordan actually has 01001, and it looks like each video clip has a button that will let you go to the next one. We plan to do Immersion School in Boquete once we make our move there, which will be this year - Hurray

Panama: David to San Jose:

Air Panama once a day in the late morning. Flew it a month ago.

Panama: Are there any good christians in Boquete or El Valle?:

We were in Boquete a few weeks ago and attended the First Baptist Church of Boquete. It was a very nice experience. There is an interpreter for the sermon and some ladies interpreted for us during the prayer time and other times. I was amazed that even though I was illiterate in Spanish I had a very good feeling while I was there.

Panama: Opening a bank account:

Two weeks ago we went to the Global Bank in Boquete to open an account. It must be done in person. It takes about 5-7 days to process. You have to bring several letters with you from your bank and references. I suggest call the bank you wish to use prior to your arrival so you will have it all in hand when you arrive.

Panama: Expats in Boquete:

I am told that some Expats gather weekly in Boquete. My husband and I are coming to Boquete next week for two weeks and would like to hook up with some expats while there. We are investigating property and moving to the area. Thank you, Cassandra

Panama: visiting/move to Panama - where do expats gather?:

My husband and I will be arriving in David at the end of Feb. We will be traveling around Boquete area looking for possible property to purchase. Our intent is to see about moving to the area. Is there a place that expats gather for visiting and advice? Thank you Cassandra Lancaster
